Aesthetically pleasing as well as loaded with the best of modern amenities and comforts, Blossom Walk by Olson Homes combines the best of contemporary and traditional Spanish Colonial architectural design elements to offer a serene retreat from the hustle and bustle in Temple City. With various unique floorplans, Blossom Walk provides an appealing comfort level for today’s savvy homebuyer, with the feel of a close-knit neighborhood yet located in a prime urban area close to many attractions and employment opportunities.

Temple City is in the western region of the San Gabriel Valley, which is a highly sought after area for those seeking to establish a local residence with access to the best of all that SoCal has to offer, while maintaining a deep connection to its historical roots. There is a rich cultural heritage in Temple City which dates back to the early 1920’s. The town is named after Walter P. Temple, who originally purchased four hundred acres which had previously been part of Rancho Santa Anita and before that was owned by the San Gabriel Mission. Walter Temple petitioned the Pacific Electric Railway Company requesting that they extend the Los Angeles to Alhambra railway line to a depot which was adjacent to Temple City Park. This extension is credited for initially contributing to the consistent growth and increased vitalization of the area now known as Temple City.

Today, Temple City and the San Gabriel Valley is a thriving center of economic activity. In spite of this, it still maintains an unrivaled natural beauty surrounded by the San Gabriel Mountains to the north, the San Rafael Hills at the western extremes, the Crescenta Valley and the San Fernando Valley farther in the northwest direction, the Puente Hills to the south, and looking toward the east one will see the Chino Hills and San Jose Hills.

There is so much to do in and around Temple City that one could never be lacking for entertainment and enjoyment. In addition to the many natural wonders and parks in the area, Temple City offers many nearby modern attractions. These include various diverse shopping venues such as Camellia Square and Elm Center. Large shopping attractions nearby include Westfield Santa Anita Mall and Paseo Colorado. NASCAR and other world-class auto racing events are featured regularly at the  race track at the Irwindale Event Center.
