Huntington Beach Easter Hunt and Family Fun Day

April 13th, 2017

This Saturday, April 15, the Community Services Department of Huntington Beach along with the Kiwanis Club are presenting the annual Easter Hunt and Family Fun Day! The festivities will be held from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Sports Complex at Huntington Central Park, located at 18002 Goldenwest Street in Surf City. The hunt is open to children age 10 and younger, with times of each of nine hunts varying by age group, so that very young children do not have to compete with the older kids to find all of the best goodies.

You won’t want to miss this event, as tons of candy and goodies are given away to local children each year at this special family day! Join in the fun to hunt for candy, have your picture taken with the Easter Bunny, and enjoy playing a game at one of the many booths!

Displays will be available from local Community Services, including information about summer camps and various classes that will be offered. Huntington Beach Public Works, Fire and Police, and Library Services will also have display booths set up so you and your children can learn about the many wonderful things that are provided by these organizations.

A live band will be playing, and don’t miss the great pancake breakfast as well as the hot lunch which will be served up by the Kiwanis Club of Huntington Beach. Take part in all of the festivities, spend quality time in the fresh air with your whole family, and see for yourself how our local parks make life in Surf City so much better.
