Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim Opening Day!

March 30th, 2017

On Friday, April 7, the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim begin home play at Angel Stadium against the Seattle Mariners. After starting the season on the road, but nearby in Dodger Stadium against the Dodgers this Saturday, April 1, the Angels return to Anaheim for their home opener after a four game series in Oakland against the A’s. You won’t want to miss the start of this exciting season! Led by the return of MVP Mike Trout, the expected return of Garrett Richards from his elbow injury, and new acquisitions Cameron Maybin, Danny Espinosa, and Tim Lincecum, among others, they should be ready to have a strong showing this season and hopefully contend for the division title, the pennant, and even the World Series!

Tickets are very affordable and available online or at the stadium box office, and parking is only $10 for smaller cars or $20 for larger vehicles. Or, you can catch the game on television on Fox Sports West, or listen on KLAA 830 AM radio if you are unable to make it out to Angel Stadium.

In addition to providing the city of Anaheim with a long history of exciting professional baseball, including winning the world championship in 2002, The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim make a strong effort to help children in need. Providing funds, youth health initiatives, baseball programs, education and much more, the Angels go the extra mile to help the community. For a 35 dollar donation, fans can post personalized messages during the game on the vision board for the whole crowd to see. A $104 donation comes with a personalized brick that will be placed at the entrance of the stadium. The proceeds from these donations go directly to the charities that the team supports. Cheer on your favorite baseball team while also supporting your fellow members of the community!
