Olson Homes Achieves “Legendary” Status for Being the Industry Leader in Homeowner Satisfaction

The Olson Company announced that Eliant, the leading provider of customer experience management services, ranked the Southern California homebuilder #1 among major U.S. builders.  Upon Eliant’s review of over 60,000 new homebuyer satisfaction surveys, The Olson Company received an extraordinary score of 98.4% for its customer service experience at 5-months and 10-months after ‘move-in’. The average customer satisfaction ratings of 125+ homebuilders are typically in the 86-88% range.

The customer service experience during the first year after the ‘move-in’ is one of the most important elements in a builder reaching “legendary” status.  When buyers were asked if they would recommend The Olson Company to a friend, homeowners’ average score right after move-in was 97.0%.  In an event rarely seen among homebuilders, Olson’s score actually improved over last year to 98.2% for homeowners near the end of the first year in their home!
