Your life, all within 15 minutes, that’s Heritage Walk. Glendora is known as the Pride of the Foothills, with tree-lined streets and mountain views that make every morning feel like a fresh start. Glendora High School is a 10-minute walk away, and Glendora Village’s shops, dining, and Route 66 history are just minutes from home, with easy freeway access putting the rest of the San Gabriel Valley and LA within reach.

Throughout the neighborhood, shaded community spaces and neighborhood gathering spots invite you to slow down, a place to unwind without going far. It’s the kind of place where a good life doesn’t require a long commute to find it, comfort, and connection in a sought-after San Gabriel Valley location.
