Olson Champion Program
When you move into an Olson community, it’s the start of a long-lasting relationship. Not just with your neighbors but with us, your builder. The Olson Champion Program is our long-term customer service commitment to our homeowners and communities to ensure that our relationships stay strong.
Unique in the building industry, the Olson Champion Program assigns a dedicated Olson Associate to each community. This Champion participates in all Homeowners Association meetings, liaises with Olson on matters of community maintenance, establishes guidance and schedules for community upkeep, offers free educational resources and programs that help you retain and enhance the value of your home and provides you with customized manuals containing information specific to your home and community. Our promise to you is that from the day you move in until the day you leave, you’ll have an advocate in your corner ensuring your community stays a happy, healthy place to call home.

AND GET $1,000
You can’t pick your family, but you can choose your neighbors, plus earn $1,000 with our Homeowner Referral Program. Here’s how it works: simply download and complete the referral form. When your friend or family member(s) purchase a new home at participating Olson communities, you’ll receive $1,000 and they’ll get a $1,000 credit to put towards their closing costs.

EARN UP TO $7,500
Olson Homes Loyalty Program, exclusively for current Olson homeowners. Refer a friend or family member to purchase a new Olson home and you get $3,000 and your friend gets a new home plus $3,000 credit. As a current Olson Homeowner, you are eligible for a $7,500 credit towards closing costs or design center credit on a new Olson home. It’s our way of saying thank you for being part of the Olson Family!
