We’re excited to share a major step forward in our mission to bring new construction homes to Orange County—the official groundbreaking for our newest residential community in Cypress, CA!
On a bright August morning, our team gathered with representatives from the City of Cypress for a special photo opportunity to commemorate the start of construction. While there were no speeches or formal program, the moment captured the spirit of collaboration and progress that defines this new development.
A New Community, A Shared Vision
This upcoming neighborhood is part of Cypress’s broader commitment to smart growth and housing innovation. As the city continues to implement its Housing Element goals, our community will contribute to the creation of high-quality, thoughtfully designed homes that meet the needs of today’s families.
Located in a prime area of Cypress, the development will feature:
• Gated modern townhomes
• Walkable streetscapes and green spaces
• Energy-efficient design and sustainable building practices
• Convenient access to local schools, parks, and retail
Capturing the Moment
The groundbreaking photo op was a simple yet meaningful way to mark the beginning of this exciting journey. With shovels in hand and smiles all around, our team and city partners celebrated the start of something special.
