After your selections have been made and your home’s construction is completed, it’s almost time to move in! One of our Homeowner Satisfaction Representatives will give you a tour of your new home during your New Homebuyer Orientation and educate you on the care and maintenance of your home as well as your new home warranty.
Are you ready to settle into your Olson dream home yet? Moving can be a big undertaking and we hope these simple tips will hopefully ease the transition! Take a weekend to declutter and get rid of things you haven’t used in the last year. Once you are left with just what you need, start small and pack for an hour a day. Lastly, pack your day/night one essentials in a clear storage bin so you can find it right away in your new Olson home.
Once you’re settled in, our Homeowner Satisfaction Team will still be there for you. Yes, even after you’ve moved in! Have any questions? Our dedicated team is always ready to help and will schedule follow-up appointments to review maintenance. An Olson Champion will be assigned to your community, stay involved with the HOA, and attend quarterly meetings for ten years. We’ll be with you every step of the way!
